We really enjoyed our stay, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the location is convenient, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Rooms were neat and clean.
My stay was nothing short of amazing, room was superb, the staff was friendly, the hotel was located in the ideal spot and I want to thank the front desk clerk Javier he really made our stay so much more awesome; he was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile his service (11/10), Also our server Jeny was splendid she truly made our dining experiences memorable. Overall Novotel is a 10/10 for me and definitely will recommend to others.
Hands down a great experience! The check-in staff was awesome and so friendly. Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was amazing. Plus, free parking! Will definitely be back.
This is our go-to hotel whenever we pass through the city, at least twice a year. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always spacious, clean and comfortable (especially the beds), and the location is ideal for running errands. As bonuses, they provide a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Breakfast is offered, and it's surprisingly good for a hotel buffet!
The property is conveniently located in the city. From there you may reach all the iconic places (by taxi). The bar comes with some selection of food and drinks. Breakfast is honest but a bit more of variety/choice of food would be appropriate. The WiFi in the room works well. The bathroom amenities are adequate although for premium room (suite) you would expect to get the slippers. Staff is attentive and always ready to help.
Staying here was great. They welcomed me and gave me cake on my first night. Service was great and helpful. Room was so clean. View from my room was nice, i got to see the Panama skyline. No major complains. Though water took very long to heat up in the bathroom like more than 10 mins..
It was a great hotel. Clean spacious and the staff was accommodating. It’s a city hotel with the perfect location in PTY. Food was good too. Breakfast is served daily on the buffet. The staff makes it even more enjoyable.
Was an amazing experience while I stayed this hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful, informational and caring. Her empathy and quick thinking is a great example of an employee going above and beyond, without her I would have missed my flight but her quick thinking and actions save my day. I definitely recommend staying at Novotel. The location is also a great plus.
